Sandra is excellent at leading people. She has consulted and worked for many top corporate companies in South Africa as a seasoned Strategy, Project Management and Human Capital (HC) professional. She is well rounded across an organizations value chain with more than 10 years’ experience in senior and executive management, focusing on Strategy and making Human Capital a strategic business partner. She has worked with Nelson Mandela over a four year period, bringing innovation through strategy and organisation development. She is proud of leaving behind great initiatives which are now money generating businesses, like 46664, a global brand.
Her problem-solving and analytical ability has assisted in bringing strategic and innovative solutions and has earned her a highly respected name in the industry amongst her colleagues.

In her last position she was responsible for the business development of small businesses or entrepreneurs, particularly in those who have chosen the Co-operative business model as a new venture creation vehicle. She is at a place in her life where she seeks to pursue her passion and where she is able to transfer knowledge and utilise her strengths to make other people successful. After leaving the corporate world in May 2017, she pursued freelance work and travel, creating companies like Redbox Disruptors (Strategy and Performance Management company) and FreshJooce Collective (Record and Media Joint Venture with Blue Synergy Media Group).

Faced with a huge decision between her health and wealth, she chose her health. Her biggest challenge right now is to become known globally for her skills and in so doing, creating new pipelines of happy and satisfied clients, but also affording her an opportunity to support her medical costs and so forth.

Work Terms

I operate based on agreement with my clients which normally is related to a deadline of work to be delivered. This is worked out according to tasks to be delivered which are normally outlined in a project proposal or contract. Payment is 50% at take-up of a project and the balance on completion and client satisfaction. Payment is also according to agreed and negotiated terms with the client.
