Passionate 3d modeler with 5+ Years Working and Honing my Trade.
Sandra Dauber is a 3d artist and Modeler that specializes in creating 3d environment scenes. Specifically she likes to make scenes that portray a sense of slice of life to it and could be lived in, and yet also a bit more stylized and filmic. She takes time to carefully plan what would go in each scene.
She's taken part in several rev share projects. One was for a dystopian game where she designed several scenes for it. This one worked on her ability to create low poly but still nice looking props and environments.
She also has been working on making props that could go in games or possibly for other things. Her interest in story telling serves her well. She makes her own compositions and concepts as well as the modeling and texturing and always tries to tell some kind of story through each piece. Though she can also follow someone else's direction as well.
Sandra regularly takes new training materials to advance her skills, and tries to expand the amount of skills she possesses, as many skills are needed even in a more specialized workflow. Some skills she's been working on are lighting, composition, texturing, modeling, UV mapping, baking, texture painting and working in the unreal engine.
She believes in the power of collaboration and staying organized when working with a large project. She tries to have an open mind where a project is going to go and not get locked down too early.
She's a strong believer in a positive working environment and tries to maintain a good working relationship with coworkers. We are as strong as the relationships around us. She tries hard to meet goals for employers, reach deadlines, and puts her best foot forward each day.
In her free time she likes indie story based games and will watch a show every so often. She loves deconstructing popular media to see what makes it work.
