1) I have been a Data Entry Specialist for over 20 years. I can do manual data entry in MS Office Suite (which includes Word and Excel.) I also work in various online management systems. If your system is different from any that I have used previously I am a very quick learner.

2) I can convert your JPEG and PDF files into editable files (MS Word & Excel). I can either type the document (my typing speed is 100+ wpm) or I can convert the document using software. Whatever method is your preference, I double-check to ensure that the converted file is the exact duplication of the source document.

3) I proofread, edit and format documents including reports.

4) Creating reports in MS Word from merged Excel files is also one of the tasks that I can perform for you.

5) I can sort your emails.
