I started my professional life in the high schools of Texas. For 10 years I taught English, Speech, Theatre, and Journalism. (I learned volumes about psychotic behaviors … ahhh teenagers…) After I decided to move up in the education hierarchy, I took a closer look at the job “principal” and realized this would be a misstep for me - too much police work. I decided to enter corporate America as a supervisor for Allstate Insurance, supervisor for meat manufacturing sales coordinators, sales national account coordinator for a subsidiary of Sara Lee. Not a good fit for me. In fact, it was during that experience that I learned that just because you can do something does not mean you should do it.

After a hard look at my job of three years in the meat business, I realized that the problem was not the company or the job - the problem was me. The things I liked to do the most were the things the meat company needed the least. We were simply the proverbial mismatch. Just a fact. Fortunately my dos and mentor fired me as he handed me a sheet of contact photos and said these should be used for my first brochure as a professional speaker. I now call that experience being fired in love.
If you are a teacher or you know a teacher, you know that most of us have a real estate license. I took earned my real estate license and leveraged my time to begin a speaking/training/coaching career with real estate to pay the bills. After close to 3 years, I joined a public seminar company as a free lance speaker that also led me into international speaking in 15 countries. From that growth was born the StrengthBank® Communication Workouts®. The workouts help me help you find your niche - where you are designed to be and functioning at the highest levels. I give presentations to corporate audience as well has high school audiences. Teach high school often.

Work Terms

I am avalable M-Sat by appointment for Executive Coaching. I realize you may need a nontraditional time becaquse of your work obligations. I will make appointments during the hours of 7 am - 7 pm CST USA.
Payment needs to be upon making the appointment. I have a link you can access to pay by paypal or other credit card. If you need to reschedule, that is no problem. Refunds are 100% if you decide to cancel at least 2 weeks prior to our appointment. Anything booked and cancelled within less than 2 weeks gets no refund unless extenuating circumstances like death in the family, severe illness, birth of a child, etc.
If you refer someone to me and you are a former or current client, I will give you a $50 finder's fee.
If you have any other needs I have not thought of, feel free to negotiate.
