Overview: Experienced researcher with a history of successful implementation of new projects and systems, strong qualitative and quantitative skills, and successful grant writing.

Nonprofit leadership experience including evaluation, operations, research, and grants for new projects resulting in over $1.6 million in federal and state funding. I have developed and implemented new initiatives based on market research and created cohesive written materials to market services and demonstrate organizational impact. Over 10 years of management and consultation experience to non-profit and for-profit organizations.

In addition, over 11 years of academic experience teaching research methods and statistics mean I will effectively research, analyze, and report on projects, with a special focus on psychology, development, and cognition.
