For me Customer Service is a passion than a profession.
During my 6 years career with IBM I have been part of Job Transition Teams to Australia twice and to UK once. The profile mostly involved onshore and offshore learning and training activities.
I have just finished my 7 years 7 months career with Sutherland, (yet to receive papers). While leaving Sutherland my profile was to assign work for technicians and ensure fulfillment of tickets in a timely manner, also I have personally backed up technicians on escalated cases and unhappy customers. This was in addition to the "closure briefing" on the details of the technical error, causes, correction done and precaution taken etc.
My skills and abilities are at best when it comes to write emails and other pieces of literature. For me words come out from the heart to a specific receiver; fundamentally I dislike to copy paste emails. During my telephonic interactions I have been made to realize that my customers appreciate me for the clarity of communication and for the sincere expression of empathy, which I am spontaneous with. Though this profession was taken up as a means of living 13 years ago, oflate I became addicted to positive customer comments and it feels difficult to live without those.
I am also actively involved into farming, I maintain a fruit garden, I feed and give showers to one bull and two dogs. rabbits and chickens are free to wander in my farm, they are not caged.
My call center job came to an unexpected end due to downsizing and subsequent redundancy in my company. So, please support me with possible work assignment, I promise undivided attention to people and assignments.
