Mainly my work area is to provide technical support and create process documentation as a Service Desk agent. I have 6+ years of experience in Service Desk related areas. Email, chat, and call support was part of my daily activities. Apart from that, I have worked as a supervisor of a global team to deliver timely mannered high-quality support to the end-users and employees. I enjoy working as a support person as it truly makes me happy. I am never tired while working in a support role.
Work Terms
I would love to work 5-8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
Per day/ weekly payment is suitable. If it is a contract of more than months, the monthly payment would be suitable.
