Experience details:
• Coordinating with Clients for task requirements, working within the budget to deliver safe and efficient product on time.
• Interaction with CFT (Tooling/CFD/ FEA) and get suggestions for optimizing the product, Analyzing and implementing the same in the CAD model, considering the customer Standards.
• Understanding the Vehicle package and customer mounting complexities to design product in available package & Stack ups to ensure same as per customer as well as Customer standards.
• Ensuring product feasibility with tooling & Ensuring proper implementation of OEM design standards and maintaining CAD files in ECTR.
• Creating drawings as per ASME and ISO standards considering the GD&T requirements.
• Creating BOMs in GTA and release them into the system.
• Leading the team, allocating the resources, product engineers and CAE engineers to support the project team and train the fresher’s joining the project.
• Developing design Prototypes.
• Responsible for proper quality check to ensure zero defects before releasing the design data in the system as per required product data management (PLM/SAP/ECTR).
• Responsible for PMI-3DA Customer drawing preparations on NX-12 following with Customer standard & guidelines for FIAT Projects.
• Attending meetings and providing inputs and updates and maintaining the project documentation for Internal and External Audits.
Also having Overseas Travel Experience.

Work Terms

Hours of Operations have to be on weekly basis, & work rate can be calculated by hourly basis. The mode of communication / meetings will be either by Skype or by Web-ex.
Or if any other option preferable from your side, that will be also accepted.
