- SFDC User Management, Roles, Profiles, Security and Sharing Rules, Creating Reports and Dashboards

- Experience with Visual Force, Apex, SOQL
- Developed Visual Force Pages/Controllers/Components;
- Extensive experience over creating workflows, approval processes, validation rules and sharing & security rules
- Experience in using Eclipse IDE
