By academic qualifications I am a Hotel Management Graduate (Ahmedabad), B.Com Graduate(Delhi) and an MBA in Sales & Marketing. My experience with hospitality has been with organizations like Hyatt, Intercontinental, Hilton, GMR, Bharti, Unitech etc. etc along with niche organizations like boutique hotels and destination clubs. I started my professional career way back in 1997 and for a significant duration of my career before moving into training and consultancy, I managed Food & Beverage service operations. My training & HR assignments entrusted me with the role of a trainer, consultant, counselor, mentor, motivator, quality enhancer and recruiter. Exposure to industries like hospitality, retail, amusement parks, airport operations helped me know and understand people from diverse backgrounds. I have established a training Academy, departments and teams from scratch as well as gone to the targets of training upto 12000 people per year with my team. Some results to reckon with are establishing the Training Academy for Hyatt first time in South Asia and driving Indira Gandhi International Airport to World’s second best from the worst ranking.

I am a keen naturalist, love nature, pursue yoga & meditation lovingly. I love adventure & have travelled long distances driving on my own to beautiful remote destinations. I love reading about automobiles & their technology. I have a strong scientific temper and watch a lot of Natgeo, discovery channel, animal planet etc. In the past, I have actively pursued weight training. I have an eye for detail & efficiency, conservation etc.

Work Terms

I am willing to work in daytime between 1100 hrs to 1800 hrs. I will prefer to communicate as per the work requirement first and discuss payment and willing to make 2 revisions per assignment.
