I have a degree in marketing and management. I have experience in the sales sector in private companies and charity.

For the past two years and a half, I have been the head of Marketing and Recruitment processes in Enseñá por Argentina (Teach for Argentina). This role is truly challenging and demands I manage multiple tasks simultaneously including non-routine and emergent components of the job, frequently under pressing deadlines. Being in charge of all the marketing campaigns requires a huge amount of flexibility and sensitivity to contexts along with promoting collaboration between different stakeholders. Throughout this time together with the team we managed to achieve the national goals set up for us, selecting 112 professionals the first year and 68 the second one.

Having worked for the private sector for six years provided me with the necessary analytics skills to effectively manage the recruitment process, the most important being the ability to use data analysis to evaluate progress, identify challenges and propose innovative strategies to overcome them. I am a highly goal-oriented person with a strong commitment to use evidence and data to inform processes of change.
