Expert Customer Care/ Pre-Sales Consultant
I have worked for various projects including responding to customer queries, assisting customers in general sales processes. I have handled chat support and phone support for various processes including Airline ticketing and sales, Software Sales, Services sales, lead generation for software products and I have worked for the finance industry as well where I handled general queries and technical questions for car financing products. I have a customer service experience of around 12 years, I have worked with Airtel sales, Wipro BPO, Convergys Corporation, QED Baton, Compulink (Now Closed) and my own proprietorship where I have handled sales and customer service for over 7 years ( The inventory includes home appliances and Ladies Apparel and Accessories). Currently, I am working for sales and customer service of a Hong-Kong based e-commerce company. For more then last 6 months, I am handling pre-sales, order processing, order management and customer care for the same client. I am among the Top 10 % scorers. I believe in committing my efforts and skills to the fullest to achieve matchless outputs.
Work Terms
I am available more then 30 hours per week. (1:30 am to 3:30 pm UTC) Monday to Friday.
