Summary: I strongly recommend using Sapple Systems because of their tech skills and high quality final product, but set firm expectations for timing and project mgmt. Positives: The final product (a custom Wordpress plugin & API integration) was very well done and completely satisfies the use cases. The team contributed new ideas, was very responsive to requests, and made appropriate adjustments as we both learned more. Improvements: The project took much longer than scheduled for some reasons outside of Sapple's control, but most within their control. I spent more time than I should have managing priorities, on general project management, and on testing.

Sapple were very good in in commumication and did all they could to to deliver their product. they went to a lot of trouble to make sure that I got what I was after. Their manner was very good at all times I would recommend Sapple to anyone who any one who wants a good job done on their project

I will use them again for other projects. Communication was fine despite the opposite time zones. My project was completed using PHP and CSS.
