I have more than a decade of experience with HR, staffing, and recruiting functions. This has included successfully filling roles at all levels and in all parts of the country. I have been a top producer/big biller in staffing and I have owned and operated my own staffing firm before. I know what it takes to be successful in this industry. I have a Kaizen Yellow Belt in Lean and Just-in-Time recruiting strategies; I have deep understanding in Agile and Value Stream Mapping practices in recruiting. I know how to focus on methods that work well and work quickly.
I have worked in a variety of ATS/CRM systems: SAP, Kenexa, Bullhorn, Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, Brassring, JobDiva, etc. I have also used a wide variety of job boards before: Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, ClearanceJobs, ZipRecruiter, etc. There is very little I have not encountered over the past decade! I am trained in best practices for DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) as well as Workplace Diversity & Inclusion Implementation.
