Hours of Operation:

I am available to assist you with proofreading services Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Moroccan time UTC+1) I strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days. For urgent requests, please let me know and i will communicate to you in a private message, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

Payment Terms:

Rates: My standard rate is $15 per hour depending on the content. Rates may vary depending on the complexity and urgency of the project.
Invoicing: I provide detailed invoices upon completion of the project, which include a breakdown of the services rendered and the total amount due.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via PayPal. Please ensure that payment is completed within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
