About

Hello all! I am a native, English-speaking Canadian, living on the East Coast. Currently a stay-at-home/work-at-home mother of three, taking care of additional children during the day, and providing administrative and bookkeeping services for a local business and municipality. My free time is spent with kids, singing, reading or exercising.
The two positions I hold at the moment have provided me with more experience in all functions of bookkeeping, AR, AP, Payroll, HST & Payroll remittances, reconciliations, budget prep, audit prep and more.
There is still a few more hours in my week that I would like to commit to working on various projects or workloads. I would enjoy working on various data entry, typing, or spreadsheet projects, or pick up another bookkeeping job. My typing speed is averaging 65-70 wpm, and I have been working with MS Word and Excel for a number of years.

Work Terms

Hours are fairly flexible. Most work happens between 12:00-2:00 pm & 7:00-10:00 pm.
Payment thru funds transfer or PayPal
Prefer to communicate via messages and email. Messages and email is checked and responded to often throughout the day.
