• 2 meetings
• The first meeting is a design consultation. We will also take any necessary measurements of the property as needed. At this meeting if applicable we would obtain a plot plan depicting property lines. If plot plans are not available there will be a one-time charge of eighty-five dollars to obtain a plot plan.
• The finameeting includes a presentation of the finished design displayed on your TV or Computer for a virtual walk through of your backyard escape. During the presentation you will get the opportunity to make changes to the final design.
• Additional Charges after the final presentation will be twenty-five dollars per modification
• Two sets of twenty-four inch by thirty-six inch plans with all specifications included
