Hi there! My name is Sara,
I am a freelance illustrator and graphic designer born and raised in Tehran, with a multicultural background and skill in custom and character illustration. Currently, I live in Canada, the city of Calgary,AB . I have my unique mixed media technique with the combination of acrylics, colored pencils and digital art.I also have a strong background in conceptual-surrealistic style with highly experience in visual art, color and layout knowledge ,traditional and printing techniques and drawing .I have been working as an illustrator and art instructor for years. My works are classified in children , commercial, play card and magazine illustration.My recent focused subject is regarding social globally issues in a surreal conceptual style. I do enjoy the use of color in my works , but I am also passionate about black and white. I really enjoy playing with all the textures and mixtures provided by color pencil and acrylic, and create mysterious atmospheres out of it. I have worked as an illustrator and graphic designer for various art studios ,institutes and companies and as a freelance illustrator for personal clients and publishers.
