Hello! I have been the lead editor of a B2B trade magazine for nine years. Our magazine goes to upper management thought leaders in the public safety industry. This is where I've honed my skills in writing and editing feature stories and columns. I've also learned time and again the necessity of careful planning, clear communication and consistency on the job. I am comfortable interviewing everyone from the president of the National Sheriff's Association to the independent clothing designer in Detroit, Michigan.
As an editor, I know what makes things "go" behind-the-scenes, financially speaking and as it pertains to working with a staff of freelancers, advertisers and graphic artists. As a writer, I know how to inject life and creativity into a story and help to make a publication more valuable as a whole. My life passions (aside from writing) include history, decor, the arts, cooking, travel, literary and health topics.

The majority of my working hours take place evening, weekends, and the odd afternoon. I am set-up to receive payments via PayPal. I will respond to your email promptly and have no concerns taking the occasional phone call a couple times a week when necessary.
