For the past five years I have worked as a senior complaint handler, working on complaints received at executive level. This has demanded the ability to investigate issues raised and to clearly document my findings both customers and to the regulators where appropriate.
The the five years prior to that I worked as an operational risk executive. This involved working with senior personnel across the business to ensure that operational risks were identified and reviewed.
This combined experience has resulted in my having much experience in investigation, report writing and formal letter writing tailoring written output to the needs of my audience.
In addition, I have managed projects involving large numbers of cases. This has involved working with large spreadsheets, reviewing the integrity of the data prior to applying the appropriate filters to facilitate workflow management.
I am hardworking and focussed, and I thrive on a challenge.
On a personal basis, I relax by enjoying time with my family and a variety of pets, which includes a gecko, tortoise, fire bellied toads, dogs and cats.
I am an avid fan of Cardiff Devils Ice Hockey, and also follow the NHL.
Work Terms
I am available for 2 hours a day Tuesday to Friday, and 5 hours a day Saturday to Monday.
