I've been a customer service support since 2014 and assisted mostly client from the U.S. I was a technical support specialist for a telecommunication company.A customer and Billing support for an insurance account. I was also a telemarketer for various of campaigns from supplements to software. One and a half years of being an administrative support for an international human resource management.I can work with less supervision, a very optimistic and focused person, who aggressively wants to finish a job as desired by the client.
