About

Euphorbia Consulting is a change agency in service of mission-driven organizations, extending an offer of organizational effectiveness support.

After ten years working as an administrator and fundraiser with Bay Area arts and education organizations, I started Euphorbia to focus on building the capacity of small organizations and startups. I hold a BA in Art History from UC Santa Barbara and an MA in Organizational Leadership from Pinchot University.

The best way to get started is to message me, and I'll get back to you right away. My rates are reasonable and flexible to meet the needs of the small organizations I love working with. I am available for virtual consulting to organizations outside of the San Francisco Bay Area.
