I am an experienced Content Specialist with demonstrated history of working in Content creation across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

I am professionally skilled in Project Management, Content design & coordination of Content Strategy in a time-sensitive and demanding environment, with a strong experience using HTML, Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence and other content management systems.

I am currently managing the EMEA Content Projects by sponsoring any project related to Uber Rides & Uber Eats.

My 3 years working experience at Uber really helped me become a pro in creating blog posts, Articles, saved replies and Help center nodes.

I have got a certificate in digital marketing from Udacity from which I have learned how to create a blog and how to market that content through various social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram...etc. Also, how to use email marketing to increase the number of sign ups to a company's newsletter. This has helped me grow my interest in digital marketing and expand my knowledge in content creation.
