Payment Terms:
I prefer using SafePay for all projects on Guru for secure and transparent transactions.
Hourly or fixed-price contracts are accepted, depending on project.
For ongoing work, I can provide weekly updates and invoice accordingly.
Milestones are encouraged for larger projects to ensure mutual clarity and progress.
Turnaround Time:
Turnaround time varies by task and project scope, but I always aim to meet agreed-upon deadlines. Urgent tasks may be accommodated upon request.
Confidentiality:
All client information is treated with strict confidentiality. I’m open to signing NDAs if needed.
Revisions:
Reasonable revisions are included to ensure client satisfaction, provided they stay within the agreed project scope.
Tools & Platforms:
I use tools such as Google Workspace, Zendesk, Calendly, Slack, and Microsoft Office. I’m also open to learning new systems your business uses.
