I've dedicated more than 9 years of my professional life to catering to customers' needs. My ultimate goal in every project I work on is to make an impact in the sense that through my service, I could convince consumers to stay with the brand and spread the word about the business resulting in growth and more revenue.

Helping clients in the E-commerce niche is something I am passionate about. I've previously worked with a Corporate Gifting company where I managed a small customer support team and built the customer service procedures from zero. I started providing customer support to regular consumers. After a year, I was assigned to take on the corporate side of the business, providing After sales customer service and even helping Senior Account managers get sales for the team.
