I have previously worked as a technical writer/editor at WOOD Consulting, where I was responsible for meticulously editing government documents and adhering to plain language standards. As part of the publications department at the Food and Drug Law Institute, I edited copy for association publications and web content. I am currently a writing professor and consultant at American University, as well as a creative writing MFA candidate.
