I have worked as a medical records retriever for a third party retrieval company. I’m responsible for calling providers/hospital in order to send a request for medical records and do follow up calls. I handled both inbound and outbound calls.
I have recently worked as an Amazon virtual assistant as well. I am responsible for admin tasks and coordinating with the suppliers.
I also have experience handling a lead generation account for 2 years with different clients UK based and a customer service representative.
