I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration Major in Tariff & Customs Law from Philippine Maritime Institute in 2009. Since graduating, I have worked for almost 4 years and with 3 months with a variety of job specialization mostly in the BPO Industry which includes, but not limited to, Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales, Data Entry, and Back Office Support and with 1 year and 9 months of professional managerial experience, I believe I would be a perfect fit for this position.

I have an excellent portfolio in terms of leadership and my academe. I am Diligent, Hardworking, Time conscious, Goal-oriented, and Focus drove; have the initiative, works with conscience, and would never leave an assignment incomplete. If given the opportunity, as a part of your team, I would gladly apply all the necessary skills in producing a productive group of agents, adherent to the guidelines of our Line of Business and achievers in terms of KPIs and metrics set by our clients.
