I have more than 4 years of experience comprising of Salesforce Configuration and Customization experience. During this tenure I was involved in various stages of software development life cycle including – Design, Development, Testing, Deployment and Implementation of various systems.

• Good Experience in Customization Implementation of Salesforce Application using Apex Classes, Visual force Pages, Triggers, Workflows, Approval Processes& Validation rules.
• Hands on experience on various Salesforce functionalities like Profiles, OWD and Permission Set, Generating Reports, Dashboards etc.
• Worked on different phases of project starting from requirement analysis, effort estimation till the final release of reports to End Users, along with supporting the releases.
• Deployment Experience using Change Sets and Eclipse.
• Excellent understanding of Salesforce Security Model.
• Good Experience in working on Agile Methodology.
• Incident and Service Request Resolution. Preparing RCA and detailed Design Document.
• Good experience in CRM Fundamentals

• Force.com: Salesforce Configuration, Security Model, Apex including Triggers, Classes, Visual force Pages, Batch, Test classes, Workflows, Validation Rules, Record Type, Report Types, SOQL.
• Programming Language: Apex, Basic Java
• Tools: Eclipse, Data Loader, Workbench, Dataloader.io, Force.com IDE and Service Now.
• Operating System: Windows.
• Front End Technology: Visual force, HTML, JavaScript and CSS3.
• Other Technologies: Reporting tools - MS-Excel, MS-Outlook, MS-Word.
Work Terms
