SAS did the job way ahead of schedule. Due to a misunderstanding of Guru's payment interface, I did not pay his bill until much later. SAS was patient and understanding and communicated this to me without anger and upset. Wish this was the normal in the world of commerce. Thanks a bunch SAS! and my deapest apologiens.

I had requested data be scrapped from a web site. After accepting the bid, when he posted a question about dealing with incomplete records, I realized that there was one category grouping that wasn't part of each item, and that I had not said I specifically needed. I told Sumit that it would be nice to have, but I wouldn't hold him to it. He generated the extra information anyway.
