I am passionate about making organisations smarter to take their businesses to the next level by bringing technology to life. I get a kick out of exploiting new technology trends to solve complex business problems. For the last 20 years, I have helped global transportation, logistics, retail and financial companies achieve over £50m benefits in commercial, customer experience and operations.

My talent with people together with a think ahead and keep things simple mindset, has helped achieve transformation at TfL, Arriva and now at Royal Mail. I have the capability to integrate into new organisations, motivate high impact teams, influence senior managers and direct complex technology enabled business change programmes in fast-paced and demanding environments.
