Work Terms

Availability:

Available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST).
Weekend work is available upon request for urgent projects.
Communication:

Preferred communication channels include Freelancer.com chat and Zoom/Skype for video calls.
Regular updates will be provided throughout the project to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Payment Terms:

Pay Freelancer.com’s secure payment system.
50% upfront deposit required for new clients. The remaining 50% upon project completion and client approval.
For ongoing projects, weekly or bi-weekly payments can be arranged.
Revisions:

Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges.
Turnaround Time:

Initial video edits delivered within 48 hours of receiving all necessary footage and materials.
Final delivery timeline will depend on project complexity and client feedback.
Confidentiality:

All client information and project details will be kept strictly confidential.
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed upon request.
Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
If the project is canceled after work has commenced, the client will be billed for the time and resources spent up to the point of cancellation.
