Provides online support, with great attention to details and minimal handholding
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from a university in the Philippines (University of Santo Tomas). I worked many freelance jobs as a student from 2010 up until 2012, most of them involving English language instruction to East Asian students residing in Manila.
Meanwhile, a chunk of my professional working experience centred in customer service. I worked in Singapore as a Relocation Consultant for nearly 4 years and later on, a Risk Management Consultant in the same international moving company for another year.
My major strengths are in writing content (no formal professional experience) and customer support. I am quite flexible with timing hence I am able to provide online support as a virtual assistant, or as a freelance writer.
Work Terms
My working hours can be anywhere from 7.00am to 11.00pm GMT-5. My preferred mode of payment would be through PayPal or direct bank deposit, and lastly, I can be reached via Skype, WhatsApp or E-mail. If a client requires a specific platform for communication, I will be more than willing to adjust to that.
