  Very gracious and understanding. Saadat (Team member) listened to what I was saying and didn't seem to get frustrated with all of my ramblings, which I think I would have done. He was very quick to understand when I asked for a simple crest, rather than the ornate commercial one that I had sent as a

  sample. He was willing to help me make what I had envisioned. He did a great job of doing it too. Overall this was a very good experience. I hope to be able to work with Saadat again in the future. Well worth the experience, I feel like I got more than my money's worth.
