She has experience coaching and creating development solutions that align with business strategy in a variety of industries (non-profit, healthcare, aerospace/defense, energy, telecommunications, mining) at award winning global and Fortune 500 companies. She enjoys writing and travel and has published blogs, over a dozen articles, and a chapter in a book titled "Integrated Talent Management Scorecards". She serves on the Board of Directors at Children's Service Society, Advisory Board for Easter Seals / Goodwill, and is a member of the Junior League of Salt Lake City.
