Driven by the passion of architecture and Interior design, Sayali Phansekar I Architecture + Design is interested in all the stages that lead a design project from idea to realization.
We are also responsive and open-minded when collaborating with consultants and sharing ideas with the users of a building.
We love buildings and admiring how things are built. We have keen eye for detail (the small things matter) and the ability to think holistically as well as having an interest in design and the ability to communicate it clearly. It’s the passion for Architecture that acts as a catalyst for inspiration and therefore provides us with a prominent sense of ambition and desire. Viewing a structure in person is substantially more potent than a mere image. Travelling has succeeded in broadening our horizons and opening up my mind.
Much like a painted masterpiece, architecture is an art form that has the ability to delight, inspire, and transform. The talent for art and illustrations helps to add aesthetic appeal to our projects.
The spaces we create are always for people, and understanding how people will live, work and interact with them is vitally important. We are delivering architecture, planning, and design globally.
We manage construction projects from the conceptual design phase through completion of construction. We make frequent site visits throughout the construction project to monitor contractor progress, answer questions that may arise, and ensure that milestones are completed according to the project timeline. The project architect provides expertise and advice throughout the building process while also stepping in to prevent delays and to make changes to the initial project plan or blueprint as needed. A construction background is especially helpful in this aspect of the role. Our firm prides itself on turning in projects on-time and within budget.We provide rendered views.
