I am a professional with 12+ years’ experience of working in the field of content writing, e-learning, and instructional designing. I have worked on creating various web and power point based e-learning courses. I have completed the ‘Designing Learning Certificate’ program from Association for Talent Development (ATD, formerly ASTD).

As an ID, I am proficient in all the stages of the ADDIE model.
Analyze: Can analyze source content and determine the best instructional strategy to use based on the knowledge of adult learning theory.
Design: Adept at designing the High Level Design (HLD) document required for detailed story boarding.
Develop: Proficient in creating course storyboards by structuring content in logical chunks and designing the course based on instructional design methodology that adheres to key learning strategies relevant for the target audience. Have extensive experience developing the course on authoring tools like Articulate, Web lectures, Moodle, and Camtasia.
Implement: Have experience in carrying out pilots and quality testing final courses.
Evaluate: Have experience in creating summative assessments, scenarios, quizzes, and so on relevant to the course.
