Experienced Amazon AWS and startup engineer committed to helping others realize their application and website dreams.
I started off as a self-taught programmer as a kid when I learned Ruby in order to make computer games and I have always loved the way that programming feels like solving puzzles. I attended University of Louisville a few years ago in the Speed School of Engineering for a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Science and I also attended Hack Reactor, which is an immersive coding bootcamp. Since working professionally as an engineer, I have worked at a small insurance startup on their APIs, their web application, and their tier 2 and tier 3 expert technical support. I have also worked for American Express on their card journeys and JUnit testing suites and I worked for Amazon AWS on several internal company applications and deployments that effect millions of customers around the world.
