Work Terms

All jobs require a 50% deposit of the agreed upon amount for "flat rate" jobs.
All HOURLY jobs require a deposit equal to 50% of the estimated rate that's quoted.
ONLY HOURS WORKED ARE THE HOURS BILLED... We don't bill for idle time.
All Jobs are due and payable at time of delivery, unless otherwise agreed upon.

All accounts are due and payable by the 28th of the month, NO EXCEPTIONS
