An experienced developer and project manager born and working in the USA moving huge quantities of data through military and government systems since 1998. New to Guru, not to development.

I have been developing software and database systems for a variety of customers since 1998. Most of my experience is with the military and federal government but I do have experience working with small and medium sized businesses, also. I have experience with a variety of platforms, especially with Microsoft SQL Server and the Microsoft .Net framework.

I am located in the United States and I am a skilled communicator both verbally and in writing. I believe this is critically important in a freelance development relationship in order to help accurately define a client's requirements and to ensure successful completion of the project.

In my work in the federal government most recently I have been involved in managing a group of eight software developers and database administrators to ensure the timely processing of a data needed for the successful delivery of 100 million sensitive packages annually.

I will not bid on projects for any organization related to my federal work.
