Work Terms

This is my part time job, so I mostly work nights and weekends. I will be able to respond to email throughout the day and can take US phone calls or Skype international calls in the evening or during the day if scheduled in advanced. I am in the Eastern Daylight Time Zone (EDT, UTC-4).

Your satisfaction is my focus and I believe frequent communication is a key component of that. For larger projects, I will happily provide frequent updates through email or PowerPoint slides if appropriate.

To ensure I provide each customer abundant service, I bid on a maximum of 3 jobs per week. Also, I only bid on jobs I find interesting and where I possess all of the skills needed to be successful. My customers keep coming back because my service and body of work prove themselves!
