Manage project development from initiation to closure
Work with project sponsor and stakeholders to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing
• Complete work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task
• Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed
• Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders
• Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to sponsor.
• Determine how results will be measured and complete a post-project evaluation to determine how well results were achieved
• Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution.
• Work closely with the Product Owner, Sales, and Business Analysts, for understanding the system's functional and non-functional requirement.
• Coordinate release and sprint
• Conduct daily scrum meeting
• Monitor individual employees’ performance
• Provide leadership and guidance to couch motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development
• Performing agile project management activities including planning, execution, tracking and reporting
• Ensure team delivery stays consistently aligned with customer expectations, regularly validate directly the level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinating software deployments and ensuring compliance with change control procedures
• Adhering to internal review processes and technical standards
• Developing training programs, documents, and materials
• Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of business processes supported by software systems
