Scribe Shield began as a shared vision among a passionate team of legal professionals who recognized a gap in the legal services market. We saw how busy attorneys and firms often struggled with time-intensive tasks like legal drafting and research. Our mission became clear: to offer top-tier, precise, and efficient legal services to alleviate this burden and enhance the practice of law.

Our team comprises two diligent law clerks, both fueled by a shared dedication to legal excellence. Our lead law clerk, Jesse, boasts over a decade of experience in the field, has been honored with 7 CALI awards, and has held esteemed positions on two law journals. Our other law clerk, Samantha Vega, has an exceptional grasp of legal intricacies and a remarkable commitment to learning and growth, continuously expanding her proficiency in different facets of several settings of law.

Meet the Team

Work Terms

Scribe Shield is committed to ensuring we meet our clients' needs effectively, and to that end, we operate Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM (EST). We keep these hours because we understand that legal matters can often demand urgency, flexibility, and tight deadlines.

Payment Terms:
Scribe Shield typically operates on a project-based pricing model. Before we start any project, we will provide a detailed quote that outlines the scope of the work and the estimated cost.

Communication:
Our preferred method of communication is email, as it allows for detailed explanations and a record of discussions. We aim to respond to all email inquiries within 12 hours during the workweek. For quick questions or urgent matters, clients can also reach us via phone or text. If a project requires in-depth discussion or collaborative brainstorming, we are more than happy to schedule a Zoom or Skype call.

Please note that all our work adheres to strict confidentiality protocols, ensuring your information and legal matters remain secure and private. We also maintain E&O liability policies with $1-2M coverage.
