Doug was able to complete this job in a timely manner even though there were many objects in his way. He was able to point out the many bugs in the client software, and documentation of the client software, to this server I asked him to create and overcome these bugs. Due to his experience he was able to identify and write around a quirky Date-Time structure and identify a memory leak in ODBC. The server works very well and I am very pleased. Not only is Doug a fast worker he is also very competent and willing to learn new skills. The database portion of the server required MYSQL and an ODBC link. Doug had not written to connect to a database before via these links. He was able to learn then implement in a short time. I will continue to work with Doug on many more projects.
