Sourcing a suitable business consultant can sometimes be difficult. Why? Because they are often too narrow in their outlook or part of much larger organisations unsuited to aiding SME's with affordable, practical and straightforward solutions and advice.

This eclectic range of skills has come from being involved in several startups and working at the senior exec level in mature international service providers in B2B and in case management operations. I have been a national sales manager for a data company, looked after sales to government departments, and recruited sales and operations teams from scratch. I have also had a business failure of my own so I know what it takes to be a true entrepreneur and come out the other side so I may have more empathy than many for those that strive to start and grow their own business. I have been through the ups and downs of that. And help others avoid the same with practical solutions.
Work Terms
