I am looking for a team which can allow the participants work online or some individual desingners who need some help at programming part or some specific programming function.

The payment I can accept can be:
1. Function complete: Such as Inventory managment, I will evaluate the complexity and then give an adequate duration for the function.Adavanced charge is necesserary if the function is really complex.
2.Schedule complete: The deal of the schedual will be made before I start. When the game developement reach the point in the deal,payment should be made.Adavanced charge is necesserary if the schedual seems long.
