I have experience with working remotely and using different computer software. I also have experience with inbound/outbound calls, emails, research, chat, data entry, scheduling and many more . I am able to stay on top and keep track of things for clients. I am reliable and a quick responder. My strong skills are customer service, multitasking, organization and being able to learn and adapt to changes quickly.
Work Terms
