Work Terms

The Online Tutor Academy operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST. On Saturday, we are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. We are closed on Sundays.

Our flexible scheduling allows students to schedule sessions at their convenience, as long as it falls within our hours of operation. We understand that students have busy schedules and we strive to accommodate their availability.

We accept payments via major credit cards, PayPal and other online payment methods. We require payment to be made in full before the start of each session.

We prefer communication through email, but we also provide phone and chat support. Our customer support team is available 24/7 for any questions or concerns.
