Work Terms
Communication:
* Our staff remains available from Monday to Friday (round the clock) for communication with client.
* Communication can be using any preferred Instant Messengers, Emails or Phone (in case of urgency).
Payment Terms:
* For fixed price projects, we prefer to have a percentage amount when the project is awarded. Payment release of project is divided based on milestones delivery. We remain flexible to discuss the payment terms with the Client.
* For projects priced on an hourly basis, we prefer to have a contract of at least 2 months of work from the Client, one of month of which is to be paid in advance.
