Work Terms

I am available to work Monday through Friday, from 2:00 to 11:00 East African Time. I am flexible and willing to accommodate different time zones as needed, ensuring timely communication and project delivery.

Payment Terms
Fixed-Price Projects: Payments are divided into milestones, with each milestone due upon completion and client approval. This ensures transparency and satisfaction throughout the project.
Hourly Projects: I track and log hours using Guru's Workroom or an agreed-upon tool. Invoices are sent weekly or bi-weekly, depending on the project scope and duration.
Payment Methods: I accept payments via Guru's SafePay or other secure methods as agreed upon.

Preferred Communication Style
Primary Communication: I prefer to communicate through Guru's messaging platform for project-related discussions, as it keeps everything organized and easily accessible.
Meetings: I am open to scheduling regular check-ins via Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet to discuss progress, address any concerns, and ensure alignment on project goals.
Response Time: I strive to respond to all messages within 24 hours during business days. Urgent matters will be addressed as quickly as possible
